War and Hope
Although the poem entitled "In Flanders Fields" is relevant today because it acknowledges those who suffered and died in war and it is a symbol of respect towards all who served their country, I believe that "Psalm 23: The Lord Is My Shepherd" is even more relevant. We look for hope to get ourselves away from our unhappiness. Psalm 23 from the Bible speaks of hope in many ways. It is relevant not only today, but everyday, because it is timeless. Psalm 23 may be a poem, but furthermore it is a powerful passage from the word of God, which is the most powerful word throughout the universe. So like I said, it is not only relevant today, but it is important today as well because you have learned that when you are seeking hope, read "Psalm 23: The Lord Is My Shepherd".
